Director of Stills Strategy – Mexico

About the role

The Director of Stills Strategy will own the development and stewardship of the strategic agenda for the Stills business in Mexico. Reporting to the Senior Director, Strategy Mexico, this senior position connects strategy, commercial, marketing, franchise units, and bottling partners to drive performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, track and integrate multiple data sources and KPIs for the Stills business.
• Diagnose business performance, identify granular opportunities and design actionable commercial levers at the market level.
• Lead management routines, ensuring data‑driven focus on strategic pillars and short‑term targets.
• Provide a clear view of the Stills landscape, highlighting opportunities, risks and improvement recommendations.
• Support senior leadership by flagging system‑wide issues and assisting the Operations Head.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Franchise Units, Strategy, Commercial, Marketing and bottling partners.
• Capture, import and export best practices across the system while managing senior stakeholder expectations.
• Full accountability for the strategy agenda of the Mexico Stills business.

Required profile

• 10+ years of business or functional experience in operations or strategy, preferably in consulting or consumer‑goods companies.
• Proven ability to collaborate with and influence multifunctional peers and senior stakeholders.
