About the role
The Director Strategy & Transformation Consultant supports Capgemini clients in creating innovative strategies, services and products. This senior role designs new business and operating models and helps shape the organizations of the future.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic offers that enhance Capgemini’s market positioning.
- Lead large‑scale transformation projects and manage multidisciplinary teams.
- Generate customer insights, organizational knowledge and market perspectives to inform strategy.
- Design and operationalise new business and operating models for clients.
- Contribute to thought leadership and maintain strong external visibility in the consulting domain.
Required profile
- Recognised expertise in strategy, transformation or related domains, both internally and externally.
- Proven ability to deliver large projects and lead sizable teams.
- Strong market visibility and reputation within the consulting community.
- Experience supporting the development of strategic offers and market positioning.
