Doctor (Medical) – 2nd Shift

About the role

CommScope is seeking a qualified Doctor to provide medical support on the 2nd shift at its Delicias plant in Chihuahua, Mexico. The role focuses on diagnosing employee health issues, conducting medical examinations, and ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform pre‑employment, periodic, and post‑employment medical examinations.
• Diagnose illnesses or injuries, prescribe treatment, and monitor recovery.
• Respond to workplace accidents and medical emergencies promptly.
• Coordinate health, vaccination, and disease‑prevention campaigns.
• Manage medical leaves, injury records, and follow‑up on work‑related incidents.
• Maintain medical equipment and nursing furniture.
• Participate in industrial safety and ergonomics programs.

Required profile

• Valid Medical Degree and professional license.
• 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Positive attitude and courteous interaction with staff.
• Knowledge of Mexican NOM regulations applicable to health.
• Availability to work the 2nd shift.

Required skills

• Knowledge of NOM 34, NOM 35, NOM 11, NOM 19, NOM 24, NOM 25, NOM 30, NOM 36.
• Emergency care and first‑aid proficiency.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.
