About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Early Years Teacher to join ISP’s early childhood programme. The successful candidate will create a nurturing, safe and stimulating environment for young learners, supporting their holistic development and fostering a love of learning.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop and deliver age‑appropriate lesson plans and activities for children in the early years programme.
- Monitor, assess and record each child’s progress and development, adjusting instruction as needed.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive and enriching classroom environment that promotes wellbeing.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about children’s learning, behaviour and milestones.
- Collaborate with colleagues to uphold ISP’s safeguarding, health and safety standards.
Required profile
- Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and pedagogical methods.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Patience, creativity and a genuine enthusiasm for working with young children.
