About the role
Bridge for Billions is seeking an Ecosystem & Partnerships Developer to expand its presence in Mexico. The role will drive strategic relationships with entrepreneurial support organisations, corporates, public institutions and brand partners, turning connections into branding, post‑program and sales opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, negotiate and manage branding, post‑program and sales‑focused partnerships, integrating them into Bridge’s growth strategy and reporting on performance.
- Plan and execute strategic events such as workshops, demo days and networking sessions; represent Bridge at conferences and act as speaker or moderator when relevant.
- Scout new Entrepreneurial Support Organizations (ESOs), onboard them into Bridge programmes and maintain ongoing engagement.
- Activate the market through communication activities, channel ecosystem insights to internal teams and ensure a healthy sales pipeline.
Required profile
- Highly proactive, results‑driven professional with a “do‑er” mindset.
- Strong communication and networking abilities, comfortable representing the organisation publicly.
- Experience in prospecting, pipeline management and building strategic partnerships.
- Ability to work autonomously, follow through on opportunities and deliver measurable outcomes.
