About the role
The Recovery Executive will be responsible for managing the collection process of overdue accounts for Santander in Mexico City. This role focuses on developing effective recovery strategies, conducting field recovery activities, and monitoring judicial recovery procedures. The position is based in the OFNA Reforma office and requires regular interaction with clients and internal stakeholders. Successful candidates will contribute to reducing delinquency rates and supporting the bank's financial health.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement recovery strategies to improve collection rates.
- Conduct on‑site recovery actions, including direct contact with debtors.
- Monitor and follow up on judicial recovery cases to ensure compliance and timely resolution.
