About the role

We are seeking a Collections Specialist to join Santander’s recovery team in Mexico City. The role focuses on reviewing accredited client documentation, organizing their files, and managing portfolio collections. This position plays a critical role in the credit recovery process, helping to maintain the financial stability of the organization.

Key responsibilities

Review documentation of accredited clients to verify completeness and compliance.
Organize files for assigned accredited clients, ensuring easy retrieval and proper archiving.
Perform collection activities for the portfolio, contacting clients and processing payments.
