Als telefonisch medewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het behouden van verzekeringsklanten in een parttime rol.
Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden
- Telefonisch contact opnemen met klanten om verzekeringen te behouden.
Gewenst profiel
- Afgeronde middelbare school (bachelor).
- Minimaal 6 maanden ervaring in een callcenter.
- Leeftijd tussen 18 en 55 jaar.
- Goede mondelinge communicatie.
- Documenten in orde.
Vereiste vaardigheden
- Goede beheersing van een PC.
Wat wij bieden
- Werkdag van 6 uur.
- Vaste rustdag op zondag.
- Wettelijke arbeidsvoorwaarden vanaf de eerste dag.
- Basisloon van $7,089 MXN plus een bonus van $1,417 MXN (totaal $8,506 MXN).
- Gratis vervoer naar nabijgelegen metrolijnen.
