Electrical Engineer – Remote (6‑month contract)

About the role
Fast Dolphin is seeking an Electrical Engineer to work primarily remotely from Mexico, supporting U.S. client sites with up to 25 % travel. The position starts as soon as possible and runs for an initial six‑month period with possible extensions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead technical conversations with customers and cross‑functional teams.
- Interpret and create electrical drawings and schematics using AutoCAD Electrical.
- Develop and maintain scripts for AutoCAD Electrical to improve design efficiency.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment and mentor junior engineers.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
Required skills
- Knowledge of NEC, NFPA and UL508A standards.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Electrical (ACAD‑E) for creating and reading electrical schematics.
- Scripting experience in AutoCAD Electrical.
