Electrical Maintenance Technician

About the role

We are seeking an Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our team and ensure the reliable operation of equipment at our industrial facilities. The role focuses on maintaining high safety standards while delivering preventive and corrective maintenance for critical electrical systems.

Key responsibilities

• Promote a safety culture aiming for zero harm to personnel and assets.
• Develop, document, and enforce preventive and corrective maintenance procedures.
• Maintain continuous equipment availability and reliability.
• Prioritize, permit, and execute work orders safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with discipline resources and support services to clarify tasks, risks, and permitting requirements.
• Support spare‑parts evaluation, selection, and inventory management.
• Assist planning and scheduling to optimize personnel and resource use.
• Ensure compliance with maintenance schedules, safety, criticality, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and keep maintenance backlogs within target levels.
• Identify non‑stock material needs and initiate purchasing processes.
• Support the Maintenance Supervisor and OIM in achieving performance goals.

Required profile

• Electrical Technician diploma, associate’s degree, or equivalent qualification.
• 3‑5+ years of hands‑on experience in LNG, oil & gas, power generation, or similar industrial facilities.
• Proven ability to work safely in high‑risk environments.
