About the role

The Elementary Principal leads the primary school, overseeing the educational programme, staff and day‑to‑day operations. This role ensures high‑quality teaching, compliance with standards and a safe, supportive environment for children. The principal works closely with teachers, parents and the school community to foster academic excellence and student wellbeing.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the primary school education programme and staff.
  • Develop and implement curriculum and teaching strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with educational standards and regulations.
  • Monitor and report on programme performance and metrics.
  • Provide training and support to primary school educators.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in primary school education management.
  • Professional certification in primary school education (preferred).

Required skills

  • Strong leadership and primary school education management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of primary school education best practices and standards.
