Elementary Teacher – Primary School Leadership

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Elementary Teacher to lead our primary section, delivering high‑quality learning experiences that support academic, social, emotional and personal development of our students. The role involves planning, delivering and assessing curriculum in line with the school’s mission, vision and values while ensuring a safe, inclusive and engaging environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and oversee the Primary academic programme, ensuring effective curriculum delivery and innovative, student‑centred teaching practices.
• Coordinate, mentor and evaluate the Primary teaching team, identify professional development needs and lead pedagogical meetings.
• Monitor students’ academic, social and emotional progress, implement support strategies and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Maintain regular communication with parents and guardians, participate in meetings, conferences and school events.
• Prepare academic and performance reports, coordinate timetables, assessments and school activities, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Primary Education or a related field.
• Valid teaching certification or licence as required by local regulations.
• Minimum years of teaching experience in Primary Education (exact number not specified).
• Experience in bilingual or international schools is an advantage.
