About the role

Mondelēz International is seeking a Project Engineering Engineer to lead capital projects that support growth, world‑class manufacturing and productivity. You will work across supply‑chain and engineering functions to plan, develop and execute technical solutions while ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety and environmental compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, develop and execute capital projects, providing technical feasibility and engineering support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define capital and technical agendas during project development phases.
• Develop and manage capital budgets, forecast cash flow and ensure alignment with contracts.
• Implement engineering standards and support the rollout of state‑of‑the‑art processes and equipment.
• Oversee capital project execution and ensure delivery meets Mondelēz quality and business‑innovation standards.
