English Teacher (Middle & High School) – C1 Level

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is for an English Teacher who will instruct Middle School and High School learners at SISU Schools in Saltillo. The role focuses on delivering a C1‑level curriculum that blends academic rigor with holistic development.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver, and assess engaging English lessons aligned with SISU’s K‑12 curriculum.
• Design learner‑centered units, differentiate instruction, and provide timely feedback.
• Collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary projects and school events.
• Participate in ongoing professional learning and contribute to a positive school culture.

Required profile

• Proven experience teaching Middle School and High School English at or near C1 proficiency.
• Degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field; experience in international or bilingual school settings is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to foster an inclusive, supportive classroom.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and holistic learner well‑being.
