About the role

Flalingo is a global language‑learning platform that connects tutors with students worldwide through live online lessons. As a part‑time freelance English Tutor, you will deliver interactive, play‑based lessons to children aged 4‑12, helping them develop speaking confidence and overall language proficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct live, one‑on‑one or small‑group English lessons via Flalingo’s online platform.
• Design and deliver play‑based, interactive activities that target speaking skills.
• Provide constructive feedback and track each student’s progress.
• Participate in the tutor community, sharing best practices and contributing to continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience teaching English to children (4‑12 years old).
• Degree in English Language Teaching, English, Translation, or a related field.
• Preferably holds a teaching certificate (e.g., CELTA, TEFL, TESOL).
• Patient, creative, energetic and strong in child communication.

Required skills

• High‑speed internet connection.
• Modern computer with a functional webcam and microphone.
• Proficiency with online teaching tools and platforms.
