About the role

This entry‑level position supports attorneys and senior paralegals throughout the full immigration case lifecycle. You will organize case files, prepare immigration documentation, and coordinate client communications while working in a fully remote, technology‑forward environment.

Key responsibilities

Maintain accurate and organized immigration case files across multiple legal and CRM platforms.
Prepare and file USCIS‑related documentation in a timely manner.
Coordinate client communications and ensure clear, proactive updates.
Support senior legal professionals with day‑to‑day case management tasks.
Help improve operational efficiency through the use of AI tools and cloud‑based legal systems.

Required profile

Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently.
Comfortable in a fast‑paced, remote work environment.
Eager to learn and develop expertise in immigration law operations.

Required skills

Experience with legal case management software.
Familiarity with CRM platforms.
