About the role

The Specialist in Brewing Production works in the cold‑room area to ensure the timely and quality transformation of wort into beer and flavored beverages. The role guarantees equipment availability, follows continuous‑improvement initiatives, and adheres strictly to quality specifications set by management.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the production program from receipt of cold wort to delivery of finished beer for packaging, meeting scheduled targets.
• Receive and verify raw materials and auxiliary inputs (e.g., tomato concentrates, anti‑foam agents, antioxidants) against program specifications.
• Perform cleaning of fermentation tanks, filters, carbonated water plants, and finished‑beer tanks, ensuring optimal operating conditions.
• Implement measures to recover extract losses from cold wort, reducing waste and improving process efficiency.
• Monitor batch parameters using laboratory sampling data entered in SAP, flagging any deviations from quality standards.

Required profile

• Professional degree in Chemical, Biochemical or Food Engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in beer production or related brewing processes.
• Effective communication, teamwork, and results‑orientation.
