Facilities and Project Management Manager

About the role

The Facilities and Project Management Manager will lead the planning, execution, and oversight of industrial infrastructure, construction, expansion, relocation, and capital investment projects for PKC North America operations. The role ensures projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in full compliance with corporate, customer, and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, lead, and execute plant expansions, greenfield/brownfield projects, facility relocations, renovations, utility installations, and infrastructure upgrades.
• Define project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and deliverables; present business cases and CAPEX requests to executive leadership.
• Manage annual CAPEX budgets, monitor expenditures, and enforce financial targets and ROI expectations.
• Coordinate procurement, vendor selection, and cross‑functional execution with Plant Managers, Operations, Engineering, Finance, EHS, Supply Chain, HR, and Maintenance.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, obtain permits, licenses, and approvals, and implement risk mitigation plans.
• Lead design, installation, upgrade, and maintenance of electrical distribution, compressed air, water & wastewater, and fire protection systems.
• Support business continuity, disaster recovery, and emergency infrastructure repairs.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale industrial facilities and capital projects.
• Strong understanding of CAPEX processes, budgeting, and financial justification.
• Ability to work across multiple sites and coordinate diverse stakeholder groups.
• Knowledge of federal, state, municipal, environmental, safety, and construction regulations.
