We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to set up and run machining equipment in our aerospace production facility. Key responsibilities

• Set up machines, adjust tools, tooling and parts before production runs, ensuring correct alignment and calibration.
• Perform machining operations following predefined processes, continuously monitoring the tool path and machine parameters.
• Verify machining compliance by referencing definition and reference parts, conducting inspections as required.
• Identify and address potential compliance risks, reporting any deviations to maintain product integrity and safety.
• Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to troubleshoot equipment issues and optimise performance.
