About the role
The Paint Operator is responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring the finished product meets quality standards within Airbus Helicopters Mexico's production environment.
Key responsibilities
- Perform surface preparation (cleaning, masking, etc.)
- Prepare the paint and execute the painting process to achieve the required finish
- Conduct first‑level quality inspection of painted elements
- Ensure painted components are ready for assembly, integration or delivery
