Events & Community Manager – Mexico

About the role

Binance is seeking an Events & Community Manager based in Mexico City to lead both online and offline initiatives across the ES‑LATAM region, with a primary focus on Mexico. The role will drive user engagement, education and brand awareness through meet‑ups, webinars, workshops and community platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and execute offline and online events such as meet‑ups, webinars, workshops and educational sessions.
• Promote Binance’s products and campaigns while providing high‑quality community support.
• Build and maintain partnerships with local crypto communities, student groups and universities to expand Binance Academy.
• Manage Telegram, Facebook and Discord groups, moderate discussions and launch community campaigns.
• Recruit, train and oversee Binance Angels volunteers, tracking performance and communication.
• Create, translate and proofread community content in Spanish and English.
• Explore new platforms, collect user insights and relay feedback to internal teams.

Required profile

• Based in Mexico City.
• 3‑5 years of experience in events and community management.
• Proven track record of organising both offline and online events in multiple city tiers.
• Strong network of contacts for event production in Mexico City.
• Ability to set KPIs, track performance and mentor volunteers.
• Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Deep understanding of the Web 3.0 ecosystem and Binance product suite.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.

Required skills

• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Midjourney for content generation and community engagement.
