About the role
The Executive Assistant will act as the operational backbone for founders, CEOs, and senior leadership teams in fast‑paced startup environments. Working remotely, you will manage time, systems, and communication, anticipating needs before they arise and enabling executives to focus on strategy and growth.
Key responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, inboxes and priorities to ensure maximum productivity.
- Draft, proofread, and send professional internal and external communications on behalf of leadership.
- Prepare meeting briefs, agendas and follow‑ups, ensuring executives are context‑ready.
- Coordinate meetings across multiple time zones with internal and external stakeholders.
- Track deadlines, commitments and action items to guarantee timely execution.
- Maintain proactive oversight of ongoing projects and drive accountability through structured tools and processes.
Required profile
- Proactive, high‑trust professional who can anticipate needs and work autonomously.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational abilities with a focus on detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable working flexible US‑time‑zone hours and collaborating with global teams.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs).
- Effective email and calendar management.
