Executive Director – Media Strategy (LATAM)

About the role

WPP Media is seeking an Executive Director to lead Media Strategy across Latin America. You will shape the region’s transformation agenda, redesign operating models and drive commercial innovation while partnering with C‑suite clients and regional leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the LATAM transformation roadmap, setting vision and priorities.
• Design scalable operating models, workflows and frameworks that turn strategy into execution.
• Collaborate with C‑suite clients and regional leaders to reshape delivery and create value.
• Lead commercial transformation, including scope redesign, pricing models and profitability improvement.
• Head high‑stakes regional pitches, ensuring innovative and deliverable solutions.
• Build and manage a high‑performing transformation team across markets.
• Embed AI‑enabled, data‑driven ways of working to boost efficiency and decision‑making.
• Connect media, content, CX, commerce and platform disciplines to deliver integrated solutions.

Required profile

• 12+ years leading transformation, strategy or consulting in media, marketing or agency settings.
• Proven track record of operational and commercial transformation across multiple markets.
• Strong expertise in operating model design, workflow architecture and large‑scale change management.
• Ability to influence and align C‑suite stakeholders in complex, multi‑market environments.
• Commercial and financial acumen, including pricing strategy, scope design and P&L management.
• Experience embedding AI and data‑driven capabilities into operational workflows.
