Executive Driver & Trilingual Coordinator (Guadalajara)

About the role

We are seeking a professional Executive Driver who will also act as a Trilingual Coordinator for our Guadalajara office. The successful candidate will provide safe transportation for senior executives and foreign visitors while facilitating communication between Chinese, Mexican, and international teams.

Key responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles, including a 15‑passenger van, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and compliance with traffic regulations.
• Provide verbal interpretation and written translation in Mandarin, English, and Spanish for meetings, plant tours, and business events.
• Coordinate logistics for meetings, hotel bookings, airport transfers, and other business activities.
• Assist expatriate staff with local administrative tasks and daily operational needs.
• Support senior management during customer visits, audits, and events, maintaining confidentiality at all times.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (International Business, Languages, Administration) or high school diploma.
• Advanced Mandarin, advanced English, and fluent Spanish.
• Proven experience in executive driving, executive assistance, translation, or expatriate coordination.
• Experience in Chinese‑owned or international manufacturing environments is a plus.
• Valid Mexican driver’s license with experience driving a 15‑passenger van and a clean driving record.
• Flexibility for occasional weekend support and a service‑oriented attitude.
