About the role

We are seeking an Executive Recruiter to join our Executive Search team and help identify senior leadership talent for BairesDev and its clients. This fully remote position offers the chance to work with a global network of top‑tier professionals and contribute to high‑impact hiring initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute search strategies to locate executive‑level candidates.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications.
• Support offer negotiations and manage placement processes.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
• Expand professional networks and stay updated on market trends.
• Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and candidate data.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with recruiting for the US market.
• Experience working in remote environments.
• Excellent relationship‑building and negotiation abilities.
