Facilities Soft Services Engineer

About the role

Bosch is looking for a Facilities Soft Services Engineer to oversee a range of non‑production services such as landscaping, pest control, housekeeping, locksmith, waste and scrap management, and space management at its Pedro Escobedo site. The role ensures that all services are delivered in line with project requirements and applicable regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and monitor soft‑services activities including landscaping, pest control, housekeeping, locksmith, waste and scrap handling, and space optimisation.
• Verify that all work complies with relevant standards and regulations (NOM, NFPA, NEC, etc.).
• Design, develop and review service scopes to meet operational needs for production and administrative areas.
• Develop and implement programs for non‑productive installations and equipment, conducting periodic studies and certifications.
• Provide project management oversight to ensure timely and budget‑conscious delivery.

Required profile

• Experience with soft‑services compliance, cleaning administration, pest control and scrap management.
• Knowledge of Mexican regulations (IMMEX, STPS, RB, Ley Aduanera, LGPGIR, RME, RP).
• Ability to supervise projects, manage contractors and conduct supplier audits.
• Familiarity with waste‑handling life‑cycle, scrap destruction processes and record‑keeping.
