About the role
The Facilities Specialist ensures that all essential support services—catering, transportation, cleaning, and related functions—operate smoothly, allowing the office to run efficiently and safely.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise daily office support operations, ensuring all services run efficiently.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and internal support staff, including catering, cleaning, and transportation providers.
- Ensure office facilities are clean, safe, and fully operational at all times.
Required profile
- Experience coordinating office support functions such as catering, cleaning, and transportation.
- Ability to oversee multiple service providers and maintain high standards of facility cleanliness and safety.
