About the role

The Fashion Advisor represents Chanel’s brand style and image, acting as an ambassador for the House’s progressive vision of fashion and beauty. Working in the Andares boutique, you will engage directly with clients, conveying the allure of Chanel’s fashion creations through personalized, human interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome clients with impeccable grooming and a warm, personalized approach.
• Present and sell all product lines, including accessories, ready-to-wear, and services such as alterations and CHANEL&moi.
• Identify prospective clients, build lasting relationships, and develop a client database to foster loyalty.
• Maintain boutique appearance, visual merchandising, and inventory procedures.
• Collaborate with all boutique teams to elevate the client experience.
• Handle returns and after‑sales services.

Required profile

• Strong stylistic instincts and deep knowledge of Chanel’s history and codes.
• Intuitive client sensitivity and ability to create memorable, personalized journeys.
