Fashion Marketing Associate Account Director

About the role

You will manage a portfolio of four to six fashion and apparel accounts, acting as the primary strategic partner for each client. The role combines cross‑channel marketing, data‑driven insight generation and close collaboration with creative, paid‑social, influencer and lifecycle teams to drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead weekly client calls, own the performance narrative and translate Power Circuit roadmap outputs into actionable priorities.
• Coordinate paid social, influencer, creative, SEO and lifecycle teams around a unified account strategy.
• Track creative performance, audience fatigue and cohort behaviour, surfacing insights before they become client concerns.
• Support quarterly strategy, renewal preparation and service‑expansion conversations with the Account Director.
• Maintain strong client relationships to achieve ≥90 % retention across the portfolio.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of experience in fashion, apparel or DTC marketing with day‑to‑day client management.
• Deep understanding of how creative strategy and media strategy interact, especially in Meta‑heavy mixes.
• Familiarity with influencer and UGC ecosystems, campaign briefing, evaluation and scaling.
• Comfort with DTC economics such as CAC, LTV, repeat rate and cohort analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to translate performance data into clear client narratives under pressure.
