Finance & Administration Manager

About the role

The Finance & Administration Manager will lead the school’s financial operations in Querétaro, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance and efficient administrative processes that support the institution’s educational mission.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and analyse financial statements, accounting records and budget reports on a daily basis.
• Manage the financial reporting process, guarantee compliance with regulations and internal policies, and support internal and external audits.
• Supervise administrative procedures, coordinate resource allocation with other departments and optimise financial workflows.
• Provide planning, forecasting and decision‑support insights to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Strong finance and analytical capabilities with a proven track record in financial analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience in financial management or administration, preferably within educational or service organisations.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication skills and ability to manage multiple on‑site priorities.
