Finance Controller Americas

About the role

Join Emma – The Sleep Company as a Finance Controller for the Americas, overseeing consolidated financial statements and providing actionable insights to support strategic decisions across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Review monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements in IFRS.
• Deliver analysis on sales, margins, operations, inventories, liquidity and R&D projects.
• Act as the interface between accounting data and the e‑commerce platform.
• Support preparation of reporting for investors.
• Organise and implement yearly budget planning.
• Analyse variances, drive data‑improvement projects and follow‑up on corrective actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum 3 years experience as a financial controller, auditor or accountant.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and controlling principles.
• Proven ability to build credibility with all organisational levels.
• Hands‑on, analytical and pragmatic mindset.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
