Finance Coordinator – Mexico City

About the role

Nusr‑Et, a global fine‑dining brand, is looking for a Finance Coordinator to support its Mexico City operations. You will ensure accurate financial processing, vendor management, and cost monitoring while collaborating closely with culinary, purchasing, and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Review and approve accounts payable invoices.
• Process vendor invoices daily via the e‑invoice portal, print and match them with transportation documents.
• Perform weekly vendor account reconciliations and communicate findings to the Purchasing Manager.
• Conduct daily AR reconciliation (Kushki vs. Oracle credit‑card and cash transactions).
• Assist the Chef and Purchasing Manager in creating and validating menu‑item recipes in the system.
• Support inventory spot‑checking and monitor food, beverage, and supply costs using StockTake Inventory Software.
• Participate actively in month‑end cost analysis and financial reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
• 4‑5 years of finance or accounting experience, preferably in restaurant, hospitality or F&B.
• Experience with Oracle Micros POS systems (highly preferred).
• Proficiency in financial reporting, data entry, bank reconciliation, cash handling and payment processing.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and organizational abilities.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
