Finance Delivery Manager (Shared Services)

About the role

Schaeffler is seeking a senior Finance Delivery Manager to lead its Shared Services Finance function across the Americas. You will be responsible for end‑to‑end finance processes, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and strategic alignment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Master Data, Payment Process, Intercompany, and Travel Expenses Management.
• Develop Delivery Managers and their teams, maintaining service levels and a robust control environment.
• Drive the Shared Services Americas strategy, aligning performance with business goals.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements; maintain audit readiness.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings and accurate financial reporting.
• Define and govern KPI framework (overdue %, DSO, touchless invoice rate, cost per transaction, etc.) and drive performance.
• Own end‑to‑end Order‑to‑Cash, Source‑to‑Pay, and Record‑to‑Report chains, including external process steps.
• Lead finance transformation initiatives, distinguishing automatable from judgment‑based work.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years experience in shared services or finance operations, with senior leadership of delivery teams.
• Proven leadership of 50+ FTE in a multicultural environment across the Americas.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated end‑to‑end process transformation (O2C, S2P, R2R) with measurable cost, quality, and cycle‑time improvements.
