Finance Lecturer – AI Training (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking experienced finance lecturers and economists to help shape how artificial intelligence understands financial and economic reasoning. This remote, hourly‑based contract lets you work 10–40 hours per week, applying your expertise to improve AI‑generated financial content.

Key responsibilities

• Review and evaluate finance‑related questions, explanations, and reasoning in AI training datasets.
• Assess the accuracy and clarity of core concepts such as valuation, risk, capital markets, and economic theory.
• Provide structured, expert feedback to enhance the quality of AI‑generated financial reasoning.
• Identify common misconceptions and unclear explanations using your teaching experience.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience teaching finance or economics at the post‑secondary level.
• Strong command of corporate finance, financial markets, or financial economics.
• Ability to critically evaluate written financial reasoning with precision and clarity.
• Comfortable reviewing and rating structured content at scale.
• Self‑motivated and reliable when working independently.
• Nice to have: graduate degree in finance, economics, or a related field; industry experience in investment banking, asset management, consulting, etc.; familiarity with AI systems or model‑evaluation workflows.
