Finance Manager (Mandarin Speaker)

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Manager who is fluent in Mandarin to lead the finance function of our manufacturing operation in Mexico. The role serves as the primary financial liaison with our corporate headquarters in Taiwan and ensures compliance with local regulations and international reporting standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations and ensure compliance with Mexican Financial Reporting Standards (NIF).
• Oversee standard cost calculations, inventory management, and production variance analysis.
• Maintain compliance with the IMMEX program, VAT certification/refund requirements, and SAT regulations, including CFDI 4.0.
• Lead the annual budgeting process, rolling forecasts, and CAPEX evaluations.
• Maintain internal control procedures and act as the main point of contact for external audits.
• Coordinate financial reporting and communication with corporate headquarters in Taiwan.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of finance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and strong cross‑cultural communication skills.
• Experience working for Taiwanese or multinational companies is preferred.
• Proven ability to convey financial performance and status to senior management.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP or equivalent.
• Experience using Business Intelligence (BI) tools for reporting and analysis.
