Finance Manager – Mexico

About the role

Dymax is looking for a results‑focused Finance Manager to oversee the financial health of its Mexico entity. You will be responsible for accurate reporting, internal controls, tax compliance, and cash‑conversion performance, supporting the company’s growth and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure timely, accurate monthly close and statutory/US GAAP financial reporting, including journals, reconciliations, variance analysis, and management packs.
• Administer payments, banking, and cash control; manage bank platforms, execute payment runs, maintain signatory documentation, and meet AML/KYC and local regulatory requirements.
• Lead external audit engagements to achieve unqualified, on‑time audit opinions, coordinating document requests and corrective actions.
• Coordinate tax, payroll, and statutory compliance with external advisers, validate calculations, and ensure on‑time filings with Mexican tax and labor agencies.
• Monitor working‑capital health and cash conversion against targets, tracking DSO/DPO/DSI, analyzing drivers, and initiating actions with site and commercial leaders.
• Run the local planning calendar for budgets, forecasts, and decision analysis, gathering inputs, building templates, and briefing the Regional Controller and local leadership.

Required profile

• Result‑focused, innovative, self‑driven, and well‑qualified finance professional.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, Mexican tax and labor regulations, and AML/KYC requirements.
• Experience managing audits, tax filings, payroll, and cash‑management processes.
