Financial Analyst – Manufacturing Finance Specialist

About the role

The Financial Analysis Specialist will support the loss deployment domain by applying SIS methodology and delivering daily, weekly and monthly financial insights to operation management. The role bridges finance and manufacturing, ensuring accurate budgeting, forecasting and cost‑saving initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Implement SIS methodology for loss deployment and provide regular financial analysis of operating results.
• Validate and monitor VCP saving projects within the plant.
• Design, develop and maintain database queries, reports and data pipelines to support finance processes.
• Manage manufacturing finance processes including budget profit, standard budget, actual/forecast and IFR reporting.
• Extract and optimise data using SQL or equivalent tools.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including at least 18 months in core manufacturing finance or accounting.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Relevant academic background in Data Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics or Applied Mathematics.

Required skills

• SQL or similar database management language.
• Programming experience in Python, Java, C#, JavaScript, R or comparable languages.
