Financial Analyst – Record to Report (Oracle/SAP)

About the role

Eaton’s Corporate Sector division is looking for a Financial Analyst to join its Record to Report (R2R) team within a fast‑paced, high‑volume Shared Services Centre. The role supports global business units by handling financial accounting, reporting, and asset management using Oracle and SAP ERP systems.

Key responsibilities

• Execute R2R activities in line with service level agreements and customer expectations.
• Process project accounting and fixed‑asset transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Prepare and review reconciliations, balance‑sheet items, intercompany, netting, hedge, and journal entries.
• Support month‑end close processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with R2R Centers of Excellence and other finance workstreams to enhance process outcomes.

Required profile

• Strong background in finance or accounting with experience in fixed‑asset lifecycle management.
• Ability to analyze CAPEX and OPEX data and provide actionable insights.
• Experience in project accounting, budget tracking, and timely asset capitalization.
• Detail‑oriented mindset with a track record of delivering accurate financial reports.
• Familiarity with transitioning and stabilising finance processes is preferred.
