Financial Analyst – SAP Cost Specialist

About the role

Bosch Group is seeking a Financial Analyst with deep SAP costing expertise to support the Costing Process and related SAP set‑up at its Juárez plant. The role combines financial analysis, material controlling and SAP key‑user activities to ensure accurate product cost calculations and effective cost management.

Key responsibilities

• Act as SAP PPC Key User and lead the costing process, including Costing Run and surcharge uploads.
• Coordinate Business Plan implementation in SAP, routings, and manufacturing variances for month‑end closing and forecasts.
• Support standard key‑user activities at JuP1 and mentor students on product costing.
• Control the accuracy of the Basket of Goods for Planned Product Cost (PPC) calculations.
• Analyze monthly Purchase Price Variance (PPV) impacts and differentiate internal vs. external factors.
• Maintain communication with the central purchasing organization on localization projects and supplier strategies.
• Own direct consumables processes, transfer pricing coordination, and material accruals in collaboration with purchasing.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in finance or cost accounting with SAP.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with numbers.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Required skills

• SAP costing module expertise.
• Microsoft Excel – intermediate to advanced level.
