Financial Controller – Automotive Plant

About the role
Novares is seeking a Financial Controller for its automotive plant in Chihuahua, Mexico. The role will be responsible for overseeing financial reporting, cash management and profitability analysis for the subsidiary.
Key responsibilities
- Cross‑relate information from multiple systems/platforms to produce weekly and monthly financial reports and statistical data in line with procedures and legal requirements.
- Optimize cash flow and implement financing solutions for the subsidiary.
- Provide budget variance analysis and propose solutions to balance issues.
- Validate investment projects and assess product profitability.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or business administration.
- Minimum five years of experience as a plant controller in the automotive industry.
- Proficiency in English.
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements.
