Freelance Graphic Designer – Digital Marketing

About the role

WITHIN is looking for an experienced freelance Graphic Designer to support its marketing agency in Mexico City. The role focuses on creating high‑impact digital visual assets that align with client brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design process from concept to final delivery, ensuring timelines and client expectations are met.
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop design strategies for social media, website assets, banners, newsletters, infographics and other digital collateral.
• Set and maintain design standards, guaranteeing consistent branding across all digital platforms.
• Act as liaison between the design team, clients and internal stakeholders, communicating concepts and gathering feedback.
• Conduct design reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior designers.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks and allocate resources efficiently.
• Coordinate with external vendors to oversee production and ensure quality specifications are met.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within a marketing agency.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field.
• Proven track record of leading design projects and delivering digital assets.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, typography, layout and color theory.
