Freelance Registered Nurse – AI Training Specialist

About the role

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join a remote, contract‑based project that trains large‑scale language models in clinical knowledge. You will work directly with AI models, evaluating their responses to nursing scenarios and helping to improve their accuracy and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with AI models on a variety of clinical case studies and nursing judgment questions.
• Verify factual accuracy, logical consistency, and adherence to best‑practice guidelines.
• Document error patterns and provide detailed traces for model improvement.
• Collaborate with the prompt‑engineering team to refine evaluation metrics and training data.

Required profile

• Active RN license.
• Associate, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in nursing or a closely related health field.
• Clinical experience in hospital, outpatient, or community health settings.
• Strong metacognitive communication skills, able to “show your work” clearly.
