About the role

We are seeking a proactive French‑speaking Operations Assistant to support the daily management of our expanding short‑term rental portfolio. Working remotely, you will act as the primary liaison between guests, cleaning crews, and maintenance teams, ensuring a seamless and memorable stay experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of short‑term rental properties across multiple booking platforms.
• Communicate with guests in French and English, handling check‑ins, check‑outs, inquiries, reviews, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance teams to guarantee properties are guest‑ready.
• Monitor reservations, calendars, and pricing updates, and assist with listing optimization.
• Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and channel management data.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Previous experience in short‑term rentals, vacation rentals, or property management.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting with reliable internet.
