Front Desk Receptionist

About the role

The Front Desk Receptionist is the first and last point of contact for guests at Four Seasons Cabo Del Sol. You will ensure smooth arrivals and departures, creating memorable experiences that reflect the brand’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures efficiently.
• Handle room assignments, reservations for restaurants, spa, and activities using the property’s computer systems.
• Produce daily reports, monitor occupancy, and coordinate with housekeeping and other departments.
• Address guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain high service standards.
• Work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnight periods.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in a luxury hotel front office.
• Self‑driven, able to work independently under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong team spirit, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English (reading, writing, speaking).

Required skills

• Proficiency with hotel front‑desk computer systems and reservation software.
• Ability to generate and interpret daily operational reports.
• Comfort with handling high‑volume guest interactions.
