Frontend Developer – Remote (Contract, $20‑$70/hr)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Frontend Developer to design, build, and maintain high‑performance web interfaces on a contract basis. This remote position offers flexibility of 10‑40 hours per week and competitive hourly rates.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain scalable web interfaces using JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver high‑quality solutions.
• Ensure cross‑browser compatibility and optimise applications for speed and scalability.
• Implement frontend best practices, conduct code reviews and support continuous integration pipelines.
• Translate complex requirements into clean, reusable code components.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications for optimal performance and user satisfaction.

Required profile

• Expert‑level proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript with hands‑on experience in modern frontend frameworks.
• Proven track record of delivering production‑ready web applications.
• Ability to write clear, maintainable code that follows industry standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective remote collaboration.
• Self‑motivated and able to work autonomously while staying aligned with team goals.
