Frontend Engineer – React & Angular Specialist

About the role

Avahi is looking for a seasoned Frontend Engineer to design, build, and maintain modern web applications. You will work in a remote‑first, global team, collaborating closely with backend and AI specialists to deliver high‑impact, cloud‑first solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain frontend applications using React and Angular with a focus on clear data flow and component composability.
• Create real‑time, interactive user interfaces for communication‑heavy platforms, ensuring predictable state transitions under load.
• Build reusable UI components that separate rendering, state management, and external interactions.
• Develop rich data visualizations and dashboards that translate backend signals into intuitive visual representations.
• Contribute to internal design systems to guarantee consistency and reusability across products.
• Integrate AI‑driven features such as generative AI workflows, chat‑based interfaces, and intelligent assistants.
• Embed logging, performance monitoring, and error boundaries to make applications observable, testable, and resilient.
• Participate in architectural discussions, advocating for clean abstractions and minimal shared mutable state.
• Help standardize project scaffolding and frontend templates using tools like Cookiecutter.
• Collaborate on containerised frontend workflows and ensure seamless integration with Dockerised environments.

Required profile

• Professional‑level English fluency with the ability to communicate technical ideas clearly.
• Proven experience designing and delivering large‑scale frontend applications.
• Comfort working in a remote, cross‑functional, and fast‑moving environment.
