Frontend Software Engineer – React.js

About the role

We are looking for a Frontend Software Engineer to join our Media & Entertainment team in Guadalajara. The role focuses on building intuitive, performant, and scalable user interfaces using React.js, while collaborating closely with product, design, and backend teams. You will also have opportunities to work on full‑stack tasks such as API integration and debugging.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive UI components with React.js and Material UI (or equivalent).
• Consume and integrate REST, GraphQL, and WebSocket APIs, contributing to API testing and validation.
• Write clean, reusable, and accessible code following best practices and security guidelines.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies – sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives – to ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with QA to create unit tests (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress) and maintain test coverage.
• Use AI‑assisted development tools to improve coding efficiency and share learnings with the team.
• Assist with frontend monitoring, logging, and error‑tracking implementations.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of professional frontend development experience.
• Strong proficiency in React.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience building responsive, accessible, and scalable UI.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setting in Guadalajara.
