Full-Cycle Recruiter

About the role

TechLoom Global is looking for a Full-Cycle Recruiter to own the end‑to‑end hiring process for our growing internal team. You will partner with stakeholders, source and screen talent across global markets, and guide candidates through every stage until they reach the final leadership interview.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create accurate, compelling job requisitions.
• Publish job postings on LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
• Source and engage candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and additional sourcing tools.
• Conduct first‑round screening interviews to evaluate qualifications, communication skills, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate final‑round interviews between shortlisted candidates and leadership.
• Maintain candidate pipeline trackers and ensure up‑to‑date status for all open roles.
• Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle to deliver a positive experience.
• Identify process bottlenecks and suggest improvements to leadership.

Required profile

• 5+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, from sourcing to offer.
• Experience recruiting for US‑based clients or employers.
• Strong command of LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Proficiency in managing candidate data with spreadsheets or dedicated tracking tools.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote, fast‑paced environment.
