Talent Acquisition Recruiter – Full Life Cycle Hiring

About the role

KONE, a global leader in elevators and escalators, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to lead full‑life‑cycle recruitment for its operative roles in Mexico, based in Monterrey. You will partner with hiring managers to attract and hire skilled candidates for maintenance and new‑construction projects, while representing KONE at job fairs and university events across the country.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for operative positions, from sourcing to offer.
• Conduct behavioral interviews to assess skills, cultural fit and motivation.
• Advise hiring managers on recruiting strategies and market insights.
• Coordinate and participate in hiring events, job fairs and university outreach.
• Utilize search engines, job boards, LinkedIn and other social channels for candidate sourcing.
• Maintain communication with stakeholders throughout the search process.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of corporate recruiting experience with a proven track record.
• Demonstrated expertise in sourcing passive candidates and high‑volume requisitions.
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English.
• Strong consultative approach and ability to build sustainable internal relationships.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and supporting internal mobility.
