Senior Recruiter – Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition across the region. The role combines strategic partnership with hiring managers, proactive sourcing, and hands‑on recruitment for senior and hard‑to‑fill positions.

Key responsibilities

• Own full‑cycle recruitment for a broad portfolio, including critical senior roles.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders, providing market insights and hiring strategy guidance.
• Develop and execute creative, data‑driven sourcing campaigns and maintain strong talent pipelines.
• Ensure a high‑touch, best‑in‑class candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.
• Collaborate with HR partners and the global TA community, representing the employer brand externally.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 5+ years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in manufacturing or technical environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at all organizational levels.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strategic mindset balanced with execution capability.

Required skills

• Proactive sourcing and market mapping expertise.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP.
